what forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) in addition to PayPal and Apple Pay. Installments are available through Shop Pay.
when will my credit card be charged?
Your form of payment will be charged once the order has been processed.
how do i change or cancel my order?
We are able to edit or cancel your order within 2 hours of it being placed. After that, the team is already working on packing your order to get it to you as soon as possible!. If you're within that window, shoot us an email at [email protected]
how can i find the status of my order?
Easy! Go to 'My Account', click on Order Status and select the particular order you're excited to receive.
when will my order ship?
Please allow up to 2 business days for our fulfillment team to process your order.

Check your inbox! Once we ship your product you will receive an email confirming shipment and its respective tracking number.
my order is missing an item, what should i do?
